Do you need to be already healthy?

Are consultations online or in-person?

All consultations are online, with testing and follow-ups coordinated digitally.

How do we ensure recommendations are safe?

Can you reschedule your consultation appointment?

Yes. Appointments can be re-scheduled up to 48 hours prior to the consultation.

How often are follow-up sessions?

Will your plan change over time?

Yes. Your plan is dynamic and continuously adapted—including nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, mindset shifts, and habits—with adjustments made as you progress and based on a variety of factors to ensure optimal results.

How long is each consultation?

The first consultation typically lasts 1.5 hours; follow-up consultations are approximately 45 minutes.

Can you continue taking your medication?

Yes. You will be asked to share all your current medications in the health questionnaire so that your protocol is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs.

Yes. Consultations can be purchased as a gift.

Do we provide meal plans?

Yes. We use dietary software analysis and nutritional science knowledge to provide the most precise and accurate tailored meal plans. All plans are personalised based on multiple factors.

How will shopping and cooking new foods work?

We mentor and guide you through every step—from grocery shopping to meal preparation—so that adopting new foods, meals, and habits is straightforward, enjoyable, and sustainable. Your individual preferences are taken into account, and meals are designed to be healthy, personalised, and also tasty and appetising.

How do we decide which supplements to recommend?

Supplement recommendations are based on test results, health goals, and individual needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness.

How strict and rigid are the protocols?

Desired outcomes are achieved through consistent, manageable, and sustainable changes rather than extreme restrictions. While our approach is empathetic and supportive, we also place a strong emphasis on accountability, helping you stay on track and implement changes effectively for lasting results.

Is laboratory (functional) testing essential?

Not necessarily. In many cases, conventional medical test results provide sufficient information, though functional testing may be recommended to gain deeper insights when needed.

Where are the tests done?

Most tests can be done at home or via local labs, with results shared digitally.

Will testing need to be repeated on a 6-month or 1-year plan?

In some cases, testing is repeated periodically to ensure precision, track progress, achieve your desired outcomes, and eliminate any guesswork.
