NutriOptimised provides personalised nutritional therapy services, health consultations, and wellness guidance. Our services are designed to support your health goals but do not replace medical treatment.

3. Professional Relationship

The relationship between you and NutriOptimised is that of client and nutritional therapist. This relationship:

  • • Does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship
  • • Is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment
  • • Requires you to consult with healthcare providers for medical conditions
  • • Involves recommendations based on nutritional therapy principles

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate and complete health information
  • • Follow recommendations at your own discretion
  • • Inform us of any adverse reactions or concerns
  • • Consult healthcare providers before making significant health changes
  • • Pay for services according to agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept:

  • • Credit and debit cards
  • • Bank transfers
  • • Online payment platforms

Refunds are available within 48 hours of service booking, subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, health data, and communications in accordance with professional standards and applicable data protection laws.

8. Limitations of Liability

NutriOptimised and its practitioners shall not be liable for:

  • • Decisions made based on our recommendations
  • • Results or outcomes from following our guidance
  • • Interactions with other healthcare providers
  • • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by NutriOptimised, including meal plans, protocols, and educational materials, remains our intellectual property and is for your personal use only.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts. We will first attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
