Our Practitioners
Our Practitioners. Each practitioner is carefully selected for their expertise, professionalism, empathy, and commitment to evidence-based care, bringing strong academic foundations and real-world clinical experience to every client interaction. Our team is comprised of , registered dietitians, nutritional therapists and clinical nutritionists.
Before your discovery call, you will be asked to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire. This allows us to assign you the most suitable practitioner based on your unique health profile, goals, and clinical needs.
Your assigned practitioner will remain your dedicated point of contact throughout your wellness journey. From the initial discovery call through to each consultation session, they will guide and support you with a personalised and scientifically grounded approach, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
Our approach is rooted in the latest nutritional science and clinical guidelines. Practitioners use a functional and integrative model of care, drawing on peer-reviewed research, validated assessment tools, and clinical protocols to inform every recommendation. This ensures that all interventions are not only personalised but also aligned with current scientific understanding and best practices in nutritional and lifestyle medicine.

Yağmur Meryem Acar
UK-registered dietitian
Yağmur is a UK-registered dietitian who believes that "tired is not a personality trait." With over a decade of experience across the NHS and private clinical practice, she has moved beyond the traditional "calories in vs. calories out" model to focus on the intersection of metabolic health and nervous system regulation.
Specialising in women’s health—specifically PCOS, hormonal balance, and burnout—Yağmur helps individuals decode the root causes of chronic fatigue, bloating, and energy crashes. Her methodology blends evidence-based clinical nutrition with functional insights, teaching clients how to work with their body’s natural rhythms rather than fighting against them.
Yağmur’s approach is defined by regulation, not restriction. She translates complex nutritional science into practical, "real-life" strategies that prioritise stress resilience and internal safety. Known for her warm, empathetic presence, she moves her clients away from the anxiety of "quick fixes" and toward a state of long-term health, resilience, and genuine control.

Neil McGrath
Clinical Nutritionist based in Spain
Neil specialises in helping flamenco guitarists unlock their full potential while maintaining the health and resilience needed to play optimally over the long term. He works with guitarists with existing playing-related issues or to prevent future discomfort.
Long hours of practice and highly repetitive right-hand techniques—picados, arpeggios, rasgueados—can create tension in the neck, shoulders, lower back, elbows, forearms, and hands, causing pain, stiffness, tendinitis, nerve impingements, arthritis, weakness, poor coordination, or fatigue. These issues may stem from playing itself, underlying lifestyle or health factors, or both.
Suboptimal digestion, food intolerances, nutrient deficiencies, and blood sugar fluctuations can affect energy, recovery, and resilience, while poor posture and prolonged sitting increase musculoskeletal overload.
Neil understands how frustrating these challenges can be, but they can often be improved or reversed through personalised nutritional interventions, targeted strength and mobility work, lifestyle adjustments, and nervous system regulation.
Having experienced and overcome many of these challenges himself, he now helps other flamenco guitarists address their playing-related issues. He also brings experience in osteopathy, movement coaching, Tai Chi, and mind–body practices to complement his specialised knowledge in personalised nutrition.
Passionate about what he does, Neil knows that all guitarists have days when their fingers seem to flow effortlessly. His goal is to help them reach that state consistently, fostering sustainable, long-lasting performance.
