Your assigned practitioner will remain your dedicated point of contact throughout your wellness journey. From the initial discovery call through to each consultation session, they will guide and support you with a personalised and scientifically grounded approach, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
Our approach is rooted in the latest nutritional science and clinical guidelines. Practitioners use a functional and integrative model of care, drawing on peer-reviewed research, validated assessment tools, and clinical protocols to inform every recommendation. This ensures that all interventions are not only personalised but also aligned with current scientific understanding and best practices in nutritional and lifestyle medicine.

Yağmur Meryem Acar
UK-registered dietitian
Yağmur is a UK-registered dietitian who believes that "tired is not a personality trait." With over a decade of experience across the NHS and private clinical practice, she has moved beyond the traditional "calories in vs. calories out" model to focus on the intersection of metabolic health and nervous system regulation.
Specialising in women’s health—specifically PCOS, hormonal balance, and burnout—Yağmur helps individuals decode the root causes of chronic fatigue, bloating, and energy crashes. Her methodology blends evidence-based clinical nutrition with functional insights, teaching clients how to work with their body’s natural rhythms rather than fighting against them.
Yağmur’s approach is defined by regulation, not restriction. She translates complex nutritional science into practical, "real-life" strategies that prioritise stress resilience and internal safety. Known for her warm, empathetic presence, she moves her clients away from the anxiety of "quick fixes" and toward a state of long-term health, resilience, and genuine control.

Neil McGrath
Clinical Nutritionist · Guitarist Health & Performance Specialist
Neil helps guitarists, particularly flamenco guitar players, achieve greater freedom, control and confidence, while also looking after their physical health so they can continue enjoying the guitar for many years. He works both with players who are already experiencing pain, discomfort or playing limitations, and with those who want to prevent issues before they arise.
Long hours of practice and the constant repetition of techniques such as picado, arpeggios and rasgueados can place significant strain on the musculoskeletal system, affecting the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. This may lead to pain, stiffness, tendinopathy, nerve compression, osteoarthritis, weakness, poor coordination or fatigue, reducing both performance and enjoyment of the instrument.
His understanding of these issues comes from his knowledge of personalised nutrition, mobility and biomechanics, as well as years of studying and playing flamenco guitar. Having experienced and overcome many of these challenges himself, he understands how frustrating and limiting they can be, and that meaningful improvements are often possible when the underlying causes are addressed.
These symptoms are not solely related to playing technique. Factors such as nutrition, recovery, stress, posture, prolonged sitting, and a reduced capacity for load in muscles, tendons and joints can all influence energy, coordination and the body’s ability to adapt to the demands of musical practice.
Through a personalised approach that integrates nutrition, targeted strength and mobility work, lifestyle habits and stress and nervous system regulation, Neil helps identify and address the root causes of these issues. With a deep understanding of guitar-specific biomechanics and the integration of strength and mobility work, he takes a long-term, holistic approach to performance, helping guitarists enjoy more days where playing feels comfortable, fluid and sustainable.
